In many ways Danish Crafts is a dynamic organization. Our work is project-based and inter-disciplinary in order to maximize our various skills and competencies.
Staff
Danish Crafts has a small staff of full-time employees as well as an accountancy-consultant and student assistants. Depending on the project at hand we also draw on external curators and other relevant consultants.

Board
The board of Danish Crafts is made up of 5 prominent representatives from the Danish cultural and commercial sectors. Two members are appointed by the Danish Craft Artists' Association and three members, including the chairman, are appointed by the Minister of Culture.
The board holds 4 annual meetings as well as an annual strategy seminar. One of the items on the agenda at the board meetings is the evaluation of applications for funding received by Danish Crafts.
